We both have plenty of experience in the coaching industry, both as clients and as imperfect leaders. Myself as an Indigenous, disabled, neuro-spicy woman. A Soothing Balm for Weary Souls: Your Ripple Effect Matters

Dear beautiful caring, compassionate, empathic human. I know you're tired. I know the state of the world is often frightening, and even enraging at times. I know it's overwhelming when you're a change maker and feel like the entire world needs your help but you're just one person! If that's you - consider this your soothing balm "pep talk" (this is as peppy as I get lol). 

I'm here to remind you and shout from the rooftops that your ripple effect matters. Tend to what's right in front of you, take breaks, then keep going. You are making such a huge impact and the world is better because of you.
