We ALL go through low-vibe funks where we just feel BLAH, uninspired and totally unmotivated, sometimes even downright sad and we may not even have a particular reason why. Here are my top tips for pulling yourself through and out of a funk! Keep this tips in mind in case you run into a funk again or share them with a friend who needs it today.
