Ximena Cardenas is a Master Mindset Coach, Holistic Nutritionist, Numerologist and the founder of Mena Cardenas. She is passionate about helping changemakers, Go-Getters and leaders challenge their limiting beliefs, silence their inner critic, and align with their unique life’s purpose to ultimately have it all: a fulfilling career, healthy relationships and a healthy body using a holistic approach (mind, body, and soul). Her vision is to help people increase their self-awareness, self-love, and acceptance through the power of mindset work and numerology.
In this episode, Ximena shares her journey of coming to Canada from Colombia with essentially NOTHING and having to learn a whole new language and build a successful life from scratch! We talked about the "hustle" and how having all the external marks of "success" isn't everything, and the blessings that come from rock bottoms! Her story is SO INSPIRING and powerful.
