These are the things I would now look for in a coach or mentor, especially if I were considering working with a white woman (but with anyone really, because you don't have to be white to uphold white supremacy). This is such an in-depth and honest conversation that I am having with you as if I were talking to a bestie in confidence. Why am I sharing it publicly? Because I feel all coaches, leaders and entrepreneurs need to know and we ALL benefit when you know these things!

It was hands down the toughest interview I've ever hosted. As a white woman who has been called to plant medicine, Indigenous and Shamanic healing, Lauren has had some big lessons to learn and she's here to share them with us all. Lauren approached me, an Indigenous woman, to have this very courageous conversation and we know it'll be medicine for all who listen. If you're in the personal development/manifestation/spiritual world, you've probably heard about the importance of IDENTITY. Yet, what you've likely NOT heard is conversations like this that address things like race, internalized oppression, assimilation, racism, being mixed race, and so many other nuances that need to be discussed in order to be healed!
Identity IS everything when it comes to manifesting, but the one size fits all "just see yourself as a wealthy person" or "don't identify as a victim" approach doesn't work for so many of us. In this episode I am discussing my personal journey with "buying into" (literally) this way of thinking and operating, even perpetuating and upholding these harmful narratives that gaslight myself and other global majority ("BIPOC") folx.
I unpack my experiences with racism and identity struggle that there wasn't space to explore in most of the programs I was in, and that I ignored for years until it caught up with me! We cannot manifest easily and in total alignment without bringing ALL OF OURSELVES to the table.

Since embodying this wisdom, I have been so peaceful, so happy, and having my mind blown daily with the way success is flooding in now that I'm truly READY for it. Took a couple years 😅 but we got here and we are just getting started!
