One of my all time favourite conversations, I had to share this replay with you! My friend Ashley-Ann who I met at a women's networking brunch here in Toronto asked me to come on her new talk show Beyond The Surface Talks. Ashley-Ann is a white woman who courageously and gratefully agreed to have me on to talk about decolonizing the coaching industry and how WE (including myself because I'm half white and white passing) need to do better. I shared my story and how I struggled to feel seen, held and supported once I began to embrace my Indigenous roots and all the beauty but also the pain that comes along with that. I am sharing with you all what led me into this work and how YOU can do your part in decolonizing (actively dismantling white supremacy) your own business. This is a POWERFUL conversation that we're thrilled for you to hear and please share.

It's been a long time since I shared behind the scenes access to my spiritual healing, and I needed that sacred pause. The step back. The privacy. Plus, life has been busy in all the best ways!
